The production of extra virgin olive oil in Puglia accounts for about 40% of the national output. Even today, olive trees and olive oil play a leading role in the regional agricultural economy, thanks to the refinement of skills in cultivation and processing techniques passed down through centuries.

To appreciate this magical Puglian tradition, a stop is planned at a farm located between Peschici and Vieste, where the owner, Peppino, will proudly and passionately share with visitors the love inherited from his parents for caring for, harvesting, and transforming olives into extra virgin olive oil. This will be followed by a tasting of local products.
